Practice

      I practiced tennis yesterday. Recently, it's been cold and I don't leave the house, so it was very hard. That's why I'm going to exercise outside of club activities. It's in the winter when I get physical strength, so I decide to run. Also, I'm going to stretch my body after running. This also leads to injury prevention, so don't forget to do it. If I continue with this, I think my performance will improve.
